Do I need to be “in shape” to start

No. You just need to be ready.
Every workout is designed for any fitness level — whether you’re rebuilding your strength or finally getting consistent again. I give you modifications, guidance, and structure so you always know what to do.

Do I have to do labs?

Not necessarily.
We always start with foundations first. Labs (GI-MAP, DUTCH) are added only when needed to get clear answers and build a personalized protocol.

They’re optional — but extremely helpful in stubborn, long-standing cases.

Is this a weight-loss program?

This is a health-first program — because when your hormones, gut, and metabolism are supported, your body composition naturally improves.
Weight loss becomes easier, more sustainable, and less stressful once your physiology is working with you instead of against you.

What if my schedule is chaotic?

That’s exactly why this program exists.
I design your plan around real mom-life — school pick-ups, sports, errands, naps, and everything in between. You’ll never be asked to follow a rigid routine that feels impossible.
