Hello, I am so glad you are here!
My journey began in 2014 when I started my career in healthcare. As a medical assistant, I loved my job and was so eager to help patients anyway I could. While I felt like I was able to make a small difference in a patient's life, I didn't feel I was serving patients to my highest capacity. So, I made the switch to health and wellness and have never felt more fulfilled. I became a certified personal trainer and then became a certified nutrition coach. I thought I finally hit a milestone to really help my clients progress forward with their health goals. But after a couple of years of serving my clients, I noticed there was still more pieces to the puzzle missing for me. I knew I needed to learn more to better serve them along their health journey. I then continued to expand my expertise into functional health through Functional Diagnostic Nutrition to become a practitioner. As I've been practicing functional health, not only have I witness the powerful impact it has had on my life, but the impact it has had on clients' health, too.
I believe when we follow holistic health and wellness principles and allow our intelligent bodies to perform as they were designed, we can transform lives.
