We START with MORE, not less. More hydration, more nutrient dense foods, more protein, more satiety, and more ENERGY! This diet helps pump your body full of energy boosting nutrients so you can start seeing improvement. After we’ve increased the good, we’ll layer in specific food elimination and customized supplementation to decrease the things causing inflammation and fatigue. You’ll be getting better sleep and notice you’re less dependent on that afternoon pick-me-up!
